Eat The Internet

Ever heard the saying “eat the rainbow”? It basically means that – to get a variety of nutrients and vitamins – you should eat foods of all sorts and colors.  That’s hard, right??!

Look, if you tend to get in a rut and eat the same stuff, I have another suggestion: EAT THE INTERNET!!! One great way to eat a balanced and varied diet is to cook new things!! Fortunately, there are so many wonderful cooking blogs out there that you can pull recipes and ideas from.
