Today’s metcon is a partner workout that will combine 2 benchmark workouts: Cindy and Annie. Partners will alternate completing full rounds of Cindy but can split work as desired for Annie. This workout is unique in that it starts with a moderate/fast-paced workout and ends with an all-out sprint. Scale options (banded assisted)(ring rows)(elevated push-ups)(2x singles). There will be 2 scores for this workout: Cindy= Rounds + Reps and Annie = for time
