10 Minutes Max 100m Sandbag Carries (100,75)

10 Minutes Max 50m Sled Pulls (225, 135)

10 Minutes Max DB Box Step-ups (50s, 35s)(20, 18)

10 Minutes Max Calorie Row
Split up work as needed. Prior to starting workout, come up with a plan on how your team will be breaking up the reps for each movement and communicate during the workout as needed to minimize transition time. Sandbag and sleds should be moderate to heavy weight. On box step ups hold DBs however you would like. Have fun!
