Slight variation on benchmark workout Eva which is a solo workout for 5 rounds. Today’s work is done with a partner with one person working at a time, splitting work up evenly. Looking for a consistent pace, around 80% effort throughout. Runs are broken into 100 or 200 meter intervals. Scale Option (Jumping) (Ring Rows). 35 Minute Time Cap.
