Our kids program is an incredible way to get your kids up and moving, whether it’s as a supplement to their sport or as their main way to stay active! Our ultimate goal is to make fitness fun and safe for your children and teens. The skills addressed expand to include the majority of the foundational and auxiliary movements and the time frame extends to accommodate the developing abilities of kids ages 6-16. We train with appropriate intensity and teach fundamental skills while keeping fitness fun, developing a lifelong long for moving!
