I’m a pastor at Flatirons Community Church, Lafayette Campus.
When did you join Widespread Fitness?
Why did you decide to give Widespread Fitness a try?
My husband loves it, and I love him, so I gave it a try.
What was your athletic background before starting? Running, but that’s about it.
What changes in your health, physique, and overall performance have you seen since starting?
I have muscles! I can lift things heavier than my coffee cup!
What advice would you give to someone with regards to starting?

What is your favorite and least favorite exercises / movement?
I actually really like burpees! And I like lifting weights because I’ve never done it before and I’m learning so much. I hate rowing (my legs are too short, takes too long, BORINGGG.)
What do you like to do outside of the gym?
I love the mountains, being with my family, and I really love my work, so that’s cool.
What is your favorite “cheat” food or meal?
I never eat it, but I love ice cream.
What is something people would be surprised to know about you?

Who or what inspires you the most?
In my job I see lots of people enduring really hard things and their faith sustains them–that inspires me. My husband inspires me, too. He’s hilarious and kind and takes really good care of all the people in his orbit.
What is one goal you would like to accomplish?
I want to be strong.
