I’m a jack of all trades master of none…stay at home mom!

When did you join Widespread CrossFit? 
October 2015

Why did you decide to give CrossFit a try?
I needed to do something different and always wanted to try it.

What was your athletic background before starting CrossFit?
On my 30th birthday, I told myself I wanted to do a triathlon…so I did a handful of triathlons, 6 Half marathons and two marathons before I turned 40!  I also had two babies… if this counts!!!

What changes in your health, physique, and overall performance have you seen since starting CrossFit?
I’m definitely stronger!  If I could lay off the junk food and Coca-Cola’s I might be able to see how awesome my body really looks.

What advice would you give to someone with regards to starting CrossFit?
Watch out!!!  It’s addicting!  Most importantly…do not look at the WOD before you sign up for class!!!  Just Do It!!!

What is your favorite and least favorite CrossFit exercises / movement?  
Wall balls and running more then a mile!

What is your most memorable CrossFit moment so far?
Being #1 on the whiteboard until Kari and Jayme put in their scores.  Whatever!!!  :)
Ripping my jeans from last year because I have a butt now thanks to all the squats we do in class.  Baby got back!

What do you like to do outside of CrossFit?
I love hanging out with my family and friends!  

What is your favorite “cheat” food or meal?
Thanksgiving dinner!!!  

What is something people would be surprised to know about you?
I love Disney!  I love it so much I make my family go 2 times a year!  Most of my races were done at Disney!  I’ll do anything for a Mickey Mouse Medal!!!

Who or what inspires you the most?
I’ve enjoyed working out with everyone at Widespread!  I’m inspired everyday by everyone!  

What is one goal you would like to accomplish through CrossFit?
I want my legs to look like Kari’s :). No really, my goal is to continue doing CrossFit and stop eating like I’m 20 years old!
