Be smart with your thrusters in terms of output. You might consider going unbroken for first 2-3 round but after that break them up to keep your heart-rate down. C2B Pull-ups and/or pull-ups will be largely dependent on your ability, but consider break them up early to manage shoulder fatigue and avoid staring at the bar waiting for your arms to work.
