Weightlifting
Box Front Squats (5 Reps Every 60 Seconds For 5 Rounds)
Weight @ 60% of Front Squat. Use 13-15″ box and normal squat stance. Take brief pause on box to break up stretch reflex and explosive off box.
Power Clean (3 Reps Every 60 Seconds For 5 Rounds)
Weight @ 75%. Reset start position each rep. Focus on balanced start position, pushing out of heels and explosive hip extension.
