Weightlifting
Floor Press (3 Reps Every 60 Seconds For 9 Rounds)
Week 2 of speed floor press. Your weight should be exactly the same as last week (55% of 1RM) to ensure we are being as explosive as possible each set. It should feel light. Change your grip every 3 sets from close, medium, and wide grip. With these speed sessions we are looking to move light/moderate loads as fast as possible.
