Zercher Squat (15 Minutes To Work Up to Heavy Single or 1RM)
Doing BOX Zercher Squats.
Build to a max in 8-10 sets. If you’ve done this movement before use the same box height. If not, looking for parallel or slightly below. Remember to sit back on the box while keeping your back tight then explode up. This movement hits your quads/upper-back, similar to front squats, without front rack limitations.
