Box Squats (3 Reps Every 60 Seconds For 8 Rounds)
Week #1 of Box Squats. Weight @ 55% of 1RM Back Squat. Use wide sumo stance and 13-15 inch box. Sit back on box to broke up stretch reflex and explode off box. Each rep should be fast and explosive.

Complete each round at 90-95% effort. Deadlifts should be challenging but capable of being done UB. Wallballs should be done in 2 sets or less. Maintain effort and intensity each round. Score is total time, including rest.
