Floor Press (4 Sets of 8-10 Reps)
All work should be challenging today. You will be using dumbbells for both floor press (with neutral grip) and bent over rows. Go as heavy as possible while keeping good form and unbroken sets. Have someone spotter on DB Floor Presses if needed. Superset with BOR, resting 30 seconds between movements

250 Meter Row
10 Burpees over the Rower
One athlete will complete a full round of 250m Row/10 Burpees over the rower, before switching. With about equal work / rest you should be able to sustain a pace around 80% the whole time. Set a goal of completing all row intervals around the same split. Scale burpees-over-rower to regular burpees if needed.
