1. Down and up (with barbell)
2. Elbows high and outside
3. Muscle snatch
4. Snatch land
5. Snatch drop
6. Hang power snatch
Weightlifting
Hang Power Snatch (3 Reps Every 60 Seconds For 7 Rounds)
Weight @ 75% (5-10lbs heavier then last week). Technique takes precedence.
Reps should be unbroken. Take 1 count at top of knee before each rep.
Newer athletes: lighter weight, technique focus.
