Push Jerk (3 Reps Every 2 Minutes For 7 Rounds)
Weight @ 65-70%. Keep same weight for all sets. Superset with 10 alternating pistols or 30 seconds practice. Scale pistols as needed per ability and focus on quality practice.

Looking for an 80-85% effort. Push 400m pace right out of the gate. S20H use dumbbells or kettlebells. should be done in 2 sets or less. The lunges will serve as “recovery”, time to get your breathing under control.
