Zercher Squat (15 Minutes To Work Up to Heavy Single)
Using 13-15 inch box with normal squat stand. Take 6-8 sets, adding weight each set. Great movement for building upper back and anterior core strength. These will be uncomfortable but are a great variation. New athletes: 5 x 5 front squats with moderate weight.
