Box Squats (2 Reps every 60 seconds for 8 rounds)
First week of box squats. Going from rack and barbell will be on back. Using shoulder width stance and 60% of 1RM. Want to try to get a little lower than we have in the past so adjust height accordingly. Shot for just below parallel. Lose momentum by sitting on box. All 8 sets should be fast so if needed adjust the loading so you can move faster.
Sumo Deadlift (4 Reps every 60 seconds for 4 rounds)
Extra wide sumo stance. Take 2-3 warm-up sets to warmup to 60% of 1RM. Keep same weight for all sets.
