Squat Snatch (1 Rep Every 60 Seconds for 5 Rounds)
Tough movement for many of us. Goal for today is to work up to a light/moderate weight over the 5 rounds. We are adding weight each round if form permits and looks good and feels good. Goal for this movement today is to focus and work on technique and not go for max load. Know where you want to end and have a plan to get there over the 5 working sets. Start with 2-3 warm-up sets. Scale Option Power Snatch with OHS.
Squat Clean and Jerk (1 Rep Every 60 Seconds for 5 Rounds)
Goal for today is to work up to a moderate/heavy weight over the 5 rounds. We are adding weight each round if form permits and looks good and feels good. Goal for this movement today is to focus and work on technique and not go for max load. Start at around 60% of 1 RM. Start with 2-3 warm-up sets.
Deadlift (3 Reps Every 60 Seconds for 5 Rounds)
Working up to a heavy triplet or new 3RM over the 5 rounds. We are adding weight each round if form permits and looks good and feels good. Deadlifts should be touch ‘n go and should be HEAVY. Goal is to beat weight from 8/20 by 5/10#’s.
