Hold each lunge for 10 second pause.
Gymnastics
Inverted Row (4 Sets of 8-12 Reps)
Using a supinated (reverse) grip do 4 sets of sub maximal reps, meaning stopping 2-3 reps short of failure. Superset with 25 overhead banded pull-aparts. Take 60-90 seconds rest between sets. Your score is the lowest number of reps of the 4 sets.
