Weight at around 80% of 1RM Shoulder Press. Keep same weight for all sets. Weight should be challenging for SP but manageable for other movements. Get some DU practice with elevated heart rate.

15 Push-ups
One athlete completes a full round at a time, while other rests. Sled pulls should be heavy. OH Carry should be light to moderate, focusing on position. 50ft on left arm, 50ft on right arm. Scale pushups as needed, so not to come close to failure on push-ups.
