Deadlift (2 Reps Every 60 Seconds For 10 Rounds)
This is final week of banded deadlifts. Using a red or black band to add resistance to the deadlift. Weight is 65% of 1RM or 5% heavier then last week. The band will force you to be aggressive through the range of motion. Focus on technique and reset on each rep.
