At the beginning, this workout is all about controlling your energy and pacing during the box jumps. Stepping-down will be the easiest way to do this.
The clean & jerks are relatively light for the first couple rounds so get them done in larger sets. Once the weight gets heavier switch too quick singles.
For everyone, there will be a point where you will struggle to clean the barbell. Since this is an 20 minute AMRAP (meaning you are going for 20 minutes no matter what) you should be trying to get to this weight as fast as possible (but safely) then slow down and work on one rep at a time.
