This is a partner version of Hero WOD “Jerry”. Split distance evenly with partner. Runs are broken up into 400 Meter intervals. Rows broken up into 500 Meter intervals. This is a great workout to test your aerobic capacity. You can push your pace because you will get rest while your partner is working. 40 minute time cap.
