This workout will be done with a partner but work is not split. One athlete completes the work as it’s written while the other athlete rests going back and fourth. This workout is also performed like the “12 Days of Christmas” ie. 1 Deadlift; then 2 Power Cleans, 1 Deadlift; then 3 Thrusters, 2 Power Cleans, 1 Deadlift and so on. For example, after both partners complete 1 Deadlift, Partner A will complete 2 Power Cleans, Partner B will complete 2 Power Cleans then Partner A does 1 Deadlift and Partner B does one Deadlift before starting on day 3.
