This workout is also performed like the “12 Days of X-Mas” ie. 1 Deadlift, 2 Power Cleans, 1 Deadlift, 2 Power Cleans, 3 Thrusters, 1 Deadlift, 2 Power Cleans, 3 Thrusters, 4 Alt. Pistols and so on.
