Floor Press (4 Sets of 8 Reps)
Working triceps, lats, and rhomboids. Using DBs with neutral grip. Go as heavy as possible, keeping sets unbroken. Superset with 15 banded laying lat pull downs with 1 sec pause at bottom. 60-90 seconds rest between sets.

200m Run
15 Hang Power Cleans (115, 75)
12 S20H (115, 75)
9 Burpee Box Jumps (24, 20)
Approach this like an Open WOD regarding pacing and breaking up reps. Shot to stay consistent for first 12 minutes and then ramp it up for last few minutes. Use the run intervals as active recovery staying consistent with pace. Weight should be light. HPC and S20H should be completed in 2 sets or less.
