When did you join Widespread Fitness?
I joined last Nov (I think) after my wife recommended it.
Why did you decide to give Widespread Fitness a try?
I was looking for something new for fitness.
What was your athletic background before starting?
I was an athlete in college that always just worked out or ran on my own for years.
What changes in your health, physique, and overall performance have you seen since starting?
I definitely feel stronger now than I have in years and am starting to get back in shape, although I feel the aches and pains to prove it.
What advice would you give to someone with regards to starting?
For those thinking of starting, I would say just give it a try. The coaches and other members are all very supportive and positive, so it’s a great place to try CrossFit.
What is your favorite and least favorite exercises / movement?
Favorite exercise is Power Cleans. Least is Front Squats (I do not have flexible wrists)
What is your most memorable moment so far?
Feeling like an athlete again
What do you like to do outside of the gym?
Any outdoors activities with my family and playing golf with friends.
What is your favorite “cheat” food or meal?
Favorite cheat food is beer or wine, but only on days that end in “y”.
